Eric Herman

Eric Herman is a Ph.D. candidate in Hispanic Linguistics at Florida State University. He obtained his M.A. in Hispanic Linguistics from Florida State University in 2019. For three years, he co-taught a course at the University of Colorado in Boulder on second language acquisition and language education.

He has been a Spanish language teacher at the elementary, middle, university, and adult levels and he taught English in Honduras as part of his service as a Youth Development Volunteer in the Peace Corps. He authors materials for second language educators and learners and he shares research-supported practices in the Acquisition Classroom Memo.
